Our cashews are roasted with care to bring out their natural flavour and crunch. Our traditional Drum Roasted Cashews follow a traditional Kollam-style roasting method, while our flavoured varieties are dry roasted and seasoned with carefully selected ingredients.

Alfa Quilon comes from Kollam, Kerala — the heart of India’s historic cashew industry. Our brand was built with a strong connection to Kollam’s cashew heritage. We carefully source our products and bring together quality cashews, dry fruits and healthy snack options for customers across India.

Where does Alfa Quilon deliver?
We currently offer delivery across India, with orders primarily shipped through India Post. Standard delivery is generally around 3–4 days, although the exact time may vary depending on the destination and other delivery conditions.
