Return & Refund Policy

At Alfa Quilon Dry Fruits, customer satisfaction and product quality are important to us. As we deal with food and perishable products, we follow the return and refund policy outlined below.

Eligibility for Returns

Food products are generally not eligible for return or exchange once delivered. However, if you receive a product that is:

Damaged

Decayed or spoiled

Defective

Incorrect or different from the product you ordered

you may be eligible for a return and refund.

Reporting an Issue

If you experience any issue with your product, please contact us as soon as possible and share clear photographs of the product and the issue.

Our Point of Contact (POC) will review the details and confirm whether the product is eligible for return.

Please do not return any product without receiving confirmation from our team.

Return Process

Once your return request is approved:

Our team will provide confirmation for the return.

You must return the product as instructed by our team.

The returned product will be inspected after it reaches our warehouse.

Refund Policy

Once the approved returned product is received at our warehouse and verified, we will process a refund for the full amount paid for the affected product only.

The refund will not include amounts paid for other products in the same order unless those products are also approved for refund.
